Brilliant article Thomas.

I have recently committed to running the London Marathon. I haven’t run for twenty years. I don’t want to let anyone down, especially myself.

Where I’ve never been able to commit to the gym, I am motivated to run 3 times a week by my promise to myself, to the charity I am running for and for all those that are supporting me on my journey.

As I run each week I get stronger, more fit and more focused.

Best thing is the mindset is spilling into my work, enabling me to commit to consistent behaviours that are contributing to my happiness and success.

My advice. To get what you want in life, set yourself a big hairy goal and share it with others. Put in place accountabilities that ensure you can’t back down, help drive you forward and force you to commit to the behaviours that will deliver success.
